President’s Message

Greetings,

We are about to have our meeting before the holidays and I hope all of you can attend.  Once again we will have John Turner of JMT Associates speak about Employee Appraisals, Forms and Documentation.  Every time he speaks, I go away with a new knowledge.  We plan to invite the Tuscarawas Human Resource Managers Association.  If you have someone in your organization that would enjoy this topic, please invite them.

Many members of the IMA participate in Community Services.  If you are one of our members with a strong sense of responsibility to their community, please let us know.  In addition to participating, you gain a sense of pride and we can earn additional chapter points in the IMA national competition. Please forward information regarding Community Services to Polli.Truman@bmacpa.net.

After the November meeting we will not meet again until 2009.  It will be time to find officers for the next year.  The nominating committee will be meeting in January.  If you can help in any role, no matter how small, please let a board member know.

I hope you have a bountiful Thanksgiving.  Wishing you safe and happy holidays.

Sincerely,

Sally Huff

President
